Co-Creating a Community
that Works for All
 

We are planning a dynamite year of celebration services for 2012.  All year, our Sunday services--as well as classes and special events--will help us transform our lives.  We will learn to use a variety of spiritual “tools” to help us make good choices and to take action, moving toward and through transformation. Together, we’ll create and enjoy music, “Transformation Tool Kits,” well-loved traditions, surprises, inspiration, and fun!  Our theme for the month of January is "Embracing Change."

"Love As a Second Language" 

This Sunday we start the next piece of  Preparation in our Transformation 2012 theme - "Transforming Relationships".  The next 4 lessons will be based on Gary Chapman's book The Five Love Languages.  What is your primary language - Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Gifts or Physical Touch?  You may be surprised.  And if you're trying to let someone know you appreciate them, speaking in your language, and it's not their primary language, it's like talking to them in an unknown language.  The good news is we can learn them all.  Come join us as we learn about these love languages.

Our Mission Statement is: "We are a vibrant spiritual community, awakening to God, practicing acceptance, transforming lives." We say these words... and we mean these words.
